OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2010. Under the order, AZN 14 (fourteen) million was allocated from the President’s Reserve Fund to design and build multi-storey buildings to improve living conditions of some 700 IDP families.

The Ministry of Finance is to undertake financing, while the Cabinet and other relevant departments are tasked to solve the questions resulting from this order.

There were constructed 63 new settlements (up to 100,000 people moved to them), and more than 150 educational and health facilities commissioned  within the framework of the State Program of Refugee and IDP Housing & Employment.
