OREANDA-NEWS. February 19, 2010. In the structure of Board of Directors holding company “CENTRAVIS LIMITED” (Cyprus) were ensued personnel changes. Ilya Shirokobrod and Sergey Shibaev were appointed the new members of Board of Directors.

Present change was accepted on the basis of decision taken at the Shareholders Meeting with participation of the new shareholder — European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Just to remind, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) became the shareholder of Centravis Ltd. on October, 26th, 2009 under the terms of transaction bank invested to the share capital to the amount of 10 million Euro and granted the credit to the amount of 48 million Euro.

Together with Ilyya Shyrokobrod and Sergey Shybaev the members of the Board of Directors are the Chairman of the Board Yuriy Atanasov (Ukraine), Vasiliy Atanasov, Sergey Atanasov (Ukraine) and non-executive Directors Sergey Sokolov (Russian Federation) and Petros Livanios (Cyprus).

To the common shareholders vision reinforcement of Board of Directors Centravis Limited with two professionals with wide experience in finance and strategy sector allows the company to resist even more efficient to difficulties arising in conditions of the world economic crisis.

Nominated as a member of the Board of Directors of company “CENTRAVIS LIMITED” by its shareholder, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Graduated from Moscow State University for International Relations (Russia), degree in  “International Policy Studies”, master of Economics. He is a certified accountant (FCCA, Great Britain), obtained MBA diploma at Henley Management College (Great Britain). He occupied the managing posts in such companies as Coopers & Lybrand (London, Great Britain and Moscow, RF), Roland Berger Strategy Consultants GmbH (Moscow, RF), Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance (Toronto, Canada), ING Barings (Moscow, RF).  He has wide experience in managing and advisory activities in big international companies, he is present independent member of the Board of Directors at RESO — Garantia (Moscow, RF), SocGorBank (Moscow, RF), AK Bars Bank (Kazan, RF), Kazcommercbank (Almaty, Kazakhstan).

Ilya Shyrokobrod

Nominated as a member of the Board of Directors of company “CENTRAVIS LIMITED” by its shareholders, Atanasovs` family.

Graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Technical University (Russia), engineer-physicist by background; master of Engineering. Obtained an Executive MBA diploma at Stockholm Economic School. He started his carrier as a purchasing manager at the company Melitta, later worked as an area purchasing manager at company Tetra Pak. He rose from commercial to general director at Alcoa CSI. Since 2005 worked in “UVIS” (CENTRAVIS). In 2008 took up the position director for strategy and business development at CENTRAVIS. Since February, 2nd, 2010 he took up the position of managing director of the company “EurasHolding”.

On January 25, 2010 the Board of Directors of Holding “CENTRAVIS LIMITED” held the first meeting with the new members involved. At the Board of Directors it was reviewed preliminary report on results of activities for 2009, budget of the holding for 2010, the holding risk map, information on investment projects realization and also the working schedule of the Board of Directors for 2010. The next meeting of the Board of Directors is planned for February, 20th, 2010.
