OREANDA-NEWS. February 19, 2010. TMM Company, represented by Alexander Polotnenko, Director of TMM in Kharkiv, has joined Regional Construction Industry Council in Kharkiv region, which was created in January 2010. The council includes 21 representatives of leading construction companies and associations of the construction industry in Kharkiv region.

Regional Construction Industry Council is a permanent advisory body of regional state administration aimed at forming efficient mechanisms of interaction between companies working on Kharkiv's construction market and executive authorities in realization of the state regulatory policy in construction. Among goals of the council are: proposals preparation for reviewing of regulatory legal acts in the construction industry; regional industrial development programs reviewing, analyzing and execution; establishing of public control over executive authorities work, etc.

TMM Company has been working on Kharkiv's construction market since 2000 having completed 7 real estate projects with the total area of around 75 thousand sq m. Among them: Carat and Flamingo residential premium-class complexes, Atoll residential business-class complex, 4-star hotel Astoria, Druzhba residential economy-class complex, townhouses on Demchenko st.

Currently TMM Company has 3 projects under construction in Kharkiv - Cascade residential premium-class complex on Kuznechny lane, residential business-class complexes - Edelweiss on Olympyiska st and Green Town on Akhsarova st.
