Due to circumstances, the deal on buying-selling of Medet-Holding stake in the size of 99% from Concern Tsesna-Astyk authorized capital was not concluded and decision of Concern Tsesna-Astyk shareholders special general meetings (minutes # 26 and # 27) made on December 28, 2009 were not implemented.
