Investtradebank Acted as Lead Arranger of Belarusbank
OREANDA-NEWS. February 19, 2010. Joint Stock Savings Bank Belarusbank signed USD 60 000 000 Trade Related Syndicated Term Loan Facility. The loan includes 2 tranches: 6 months USD 16 000 000 and one-year USD 44 000 000. Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers: Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. (Italy) and VTB Bank (Russia), reported the press-centre of Investtradebank.
Mandated Lead Arrangers: Alfa-Bank (Russia) and OTP Bank (Hungary). Lead Arrangers: FBN Bank (UK) Ltd (UK), London Forfaiting Company Limited (UK) and OJSC "Investtradebank" (Russia); Co-Arrangers: AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft m.b.H. (Germany), Atlantic Forfaitierungs AG (Germany).
Belarusbank has become one of the first financial institutions which opens the syndicated loans market this year.
Investtradebank's participation in the deal has become the next step of strengthening cooperation with CIS banks.
The debut of Investtradebank on the syndicated loans market was in November 2009 when the Bank acted as Lead Arranger of Belagroprombank JSC Syndicated Facility Agreement.
