OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2010. European Bureau branch (Moscow) of Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation, OJSC paid RUR 845 thousand to Otechestvo insurance company, OJSC for damage resulted from accident with corporate Mercedes Benz CL (2008).

The insured event took place in Moscow on 13 November 2009. Mercedes Benz CL was going along Bibliotechny Passage when changing the lane, the driver lost control and made a head-on crash. The crash resulted in multiple damages to the insured vehicle without harming other traffic participants.

Total loss of the insurance share, paid by Otechestvo insurance company made up RUR 3.5m. After receipt of full loss portfolio Transsiberian Re European Bureau paid RUR 845 543 of its share.
