OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2010. In 2009, over 18,8mln rubles were assigned to training of TGC-5 and TGC-9 personnel incorporated in “Generation of Urals” Division. 

Within the training program 2037 operators, 351 office workers and specialists and 1017 managers upgraded their professional skills. The training was conducted in specialized training centers of Perm Territory, Sverdlovsk and Kirov Regions, Udmurt and Chuvash Republics, Komi and Mary EL republics.

Special attention was given to industrial safety training, EH&S issues and training of the new personnel in accordance with the state and sectoral requirements.

According to Irina Ermakova the Supervisor of Department on work with personnel, “Generation of Urals” Division: “Continuous operation of CHPP’s and correspondingly heat and energy supply of seven RF subjects depends on qualification of the specialists. Therefore professional training of personnel is one of the priority objectives for 2010.”
