OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2010. Belarus plans to spend 4 trillion Belarusian rubles (Br) on the state program Clean Water in 2011-2015, Minister for Housing and Communal Services Vladimir Belokhvostov said during a meeting of the Council of Ministers.

The minister believes the program will be submitted to the government in February.

Belokhvostov said new water purification solutions would be used on a broader scale in the next five year, including Aquakhlor system, ultraviolet disinfection and synthetic filtering.

In 2006-2010, 660 billion rubles were provided for the program.
