OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2010. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Siberian Agrarian Holding Group of Companies was included in the membership] of Community Council under the central office of Federal Tax Service of Russia.

As the press office of FTS of the RF informed, the Community Council is the permanent advisory body. Its main tasks consist of the preparation of proposals for development of regulatory structure, providing realization of constitutional rights and obligations of citizens on tax payment; assistance in development and formulation of proposals to improve the practice of tax control, aimed to the formation of tax culture among the population. “Community Council also makes a public evaluations of projects, developed by FTS of the RF, considers the initiatives of civil society institutions in the area of tax policy, makes a conferences and seminars on topical issues of practice of legislation execution of the Russian Federation on taxation, fulfills the public control for FTS of Russia activity, holds activities for resistance of corruption and other offences in the tax authorities”, — said the report.

There are nine public men, human rights advocates, representatives of professional associations were included in the membership of FTS Community Council besides Pavel Skurikhin.
