OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2010. MERLION invites graduates of technical universities to gain unique work experience in commercial services of the leading Russian IT market distributor, reported the press-centre of MERLION.

MERLION, the Russian largest distributor of computer and digital technologies, announces the launch of the annual MERLION-Probationer Program. Graduates and final-year students of technical universities are welcome to participate.

Program participants acquire a chance to pass training in the company during a month with a possibility of professional development and promotion, to gain educational allowance during the training, competitive wage and all social benefits provided for the company’s employees.

According to the results of the training in commercial services successful participants will be employed by MERLION for the position of Sales Manager.

To participate in MERLION-Probationer program you need to fill in the Questionnaire available at MERLION web-site till April 1 and pass a number of qualifying events (interview, testing, and business play). Candidates who will successfully pass all the stages will be offered to join the crew of MERLION professionals.

MERLION-Probationer Program was launched in 2007. According to the results of the first three years of the program about 90 % of probationers became MERLION associates.
