OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2010. Subsidiary Bank Sberbank Rossii (Almaty), bonds of which are listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release, reported the press-centre of KASE:

SB Sberbank and the Batys Samal Group entered into a General cash and settlement agreement. The document was signed by Sberbank Chairman Oleg Smirnov and founder of the Group, director of Company Batys Samal Sagyn Kurmanov.

The Agreement will unify cash and settlement tariffs for all companies of the group in all units of the bank in Kazakhstan and facilitate further mutual cooperation.
