OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2010. Following best practices, Oranta is going to pass claim settlement to the assisting company Garant-Assistance. The company plans to establish 5 inter-regional centers in Ukraine's biggest cities, as well as 20 regional and 2 district centers of clients’ support on the territory of Ukraine. The centers will deal only with claim settlement, while Oranta's representative offices will focus on sales.

“Claim should be processed by professional companies, which have a license for this activity. Garant-Assistance is a company that has the right to provide expert evaluation of vehicles on the territory of Ukraine. As a pilot project, Garant-Assistance has been processing Kiev claims since 2007. In 2009 it began settling the claims of Kiev region as well. By the end of 2010 we plan to cover all our representative offices. This will allow the company to improve customer service and reduce expenses and will provide customers with ease in settlement of their claims," said Mr. Sergei Miroshnichenko, Deputy Chair of Oranta’s Board.
