FSA imposed sanctions on APF AMANAT Kazakhstan, APF Ular Umit, Eximbank Kazakhstan and Central Asian Fuel and Energy Company in accordance with requirements set in sub-item 3) of item 2 of article 47-1 of the Law on banks, sub- item 2) of item 2 of article 42-7 of the Law on pension provisions, after the conglomerate of Eximbank Kazakhstan and Central Asian Fuel and Energy Company had shown signs of financial instability.
