Standard forms for documents on technological connection to grids of IDGC of North-West, JSC have been approved. New standard forms have been introduced due to adoption of new technological connection rules approved by the Decree of the Russian Federation Government in April 2009.
“Starting from 8 February, all seven Company’s branches are obliged to use unified forms for documents on conduction of agreements on technological connection. Applicants may get introduced with document suite beforehand, as they are available at web-sites,” defined Artur Myaky, the Head of the Department for Prospective Development and Technological Connection of IDGC of North-West, JSC (at the picture).
The approved standard forms has been included in “Automated System for Technological Connection Process” program put into operation since 1 January 2010 at all branches of IDGC of North-West.
Due to Artur Myaky, one of targets for establishment of the automated system is control over performance of agreements including control over payment for contracting organizations and clients. “One can calculate expenses regarding a particular project due to any application while using the system. It is especially important for accounting of expenses for privileged consumer groups which include, for example, physical persons with connected capacity up to 15 KWT.
Cost of connection equals RUR 550 for them. Nevertheless, the Company’s costs usually exceed this level significantly,” says Artur Myaky.
