OREANDA-NEWS. February 12, 2010. The Russian Bank for Development under the SME Lending Support program is attracting new partner banks according to the program “Refinancing”: a loan agreement worth RUR 25 million has been signed with OAO IKB Petroff-Bank, reported the press-centre of RBD.

Pursuant to the agreement the allocated resources will be channeled to small and medium-sized enterprises in the Moscow Oblast engaged in manufacturing, construction, leasing, logistics and services.
