February 12, 2010. “Orienbank” OJSC held a meeting with the representatives of the IMF including the Chief of IMF Mission in Tajikistan Mr. Aksel Shimmelpfennig, the permanent representative Lyuk Moyers as well as Anna Unigovskaya and Darlena Tartari, reported the press-centre of Orienbank.

The attendees showed attention to the effectiveness of the financial result as of 2009, particularly about the loans, crediting the cotton sector of the Republic of Tajikistan, the new rates used for the crediting, the condition of the liquidity for the time being as well as the affect of the global financial crises and the measures taken by the bank to prevent it.

The issue of the shares and supporting the construction of the Rogun Hydro Power Station were addressed by both sides too.
