OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2010. Now Transaero passengers flying from Russian cities of Magnitogorsk, New Urengoy and Ulan-Ude, are able to book their seats on board online via www.transaero.ru.

Transaero constantly expands its flight network in Russia. In 2009 the air carrier opened 12 new domestic routes. The airline aims to ensure that passengers of the new destinations will get all possible benefits from using modern Internet technologies. Therefore, in airports, where Transaero began to operate flights, special equipment to improve the standards of passenger service is installing. The first step is to connect its own automated system for registration SDCS and start operating registration and boarding units.

The next step is to integrate functions, giving passengers the opportunity to register themselves on the flights through the airline’s website. Now this opportunity is available for Transaero passengers from Magnitogorsk, New Urengoy and Ulan-Ude.

Transaero Airlines is the first full – service Russian carrier which launched online registration for its flights in May 2007.
