OREANDA-NEWS. February 09, 2010. On June 2-4, 2010 “Lenexpo” will host the first International Specialized Exhibition and Congress on wood processing “WOODBUILD, ENERGY & TECHNOLOGIES 2010”.

Event organizers are “e4win” exhibition holding company and “Forum Holzbau” (Germany).European business demonstrates a rapidly growing interest in the Russian natural resources. For several years this German holding company “e4win” has been successfully organizing specialized exhibitions in different Russian cities.

This event in “:Lenexpo” will be conducted in assistance with the Wood Building Association. The organizers expect it to become the most important event in the sphere. The list of participating countries will contain Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England, Finland, Italy and Russia. Weinmann GmbH, HOMAG group, WEINING, STEICO, Hundegger Maschinenbau GmbH and ITW GmbH and many other companies have already confirmed their participation.

Exhibition will include the following sections:

•Wood building technologies, machines, equipment and accessories; windows and doors;

•Home appliances and equipment, wooden materials, spare parts, insulating materials, wood siding;

•Researches and developments on renewable energy (bio, solar and photo energy).

“Forum Holzbau” organizes the international wood processing congress. The company annually conducts the largest European congress on wood processing “Holzbauforum” in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Russia hosts such congress for the first time. The reports by well-known specialists: the President of the Rosenheim University pr. Kester (80% of German wood processing specialists come from Rosenheim), professor Germerott (University of Bern), professor Matti Kaini (Helsinki Technical University) and others, will be performed at the congress.

For 3 days there will be conducted special thematic seminars on wooden house-building, wood building engineering, “windows of the Future”

The main congress themes are multi-functional and reliable wood building, latest wood processing tendencies and ecological materials, innovation technologies in power engineering and wooden house-building.

There also will be discussed some issues interesting for the business owners and top managers, such as the increase of enterprise profitability in the sphere of wood processing and construction.
