OREANDA-NEWS. Credit partnership ORDA credit (Shymkent, hereafter - the company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE the general meeting of its members will be held on February 20, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with the agenda as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- report of the Board on compliance with the budget for 2009 and approval of annual financial statements of the company for 2009;

- net income distribution;

- approval of the annual income and expenditures budget for 2010;

- buy back of the company members stakes;

- change in coupon payment periodicity on the company bonds second issue;

- on the acting as a guarantor of MKO Arnur Credit.

The venue of the meeting: 2. M. Dulati str., Shymkent. Registration will begin at 10:00 a.m.
