OREANDA-NEWS. February 09, 2010. The Russian Bank for Development under the SME Lending Support program is building up the size of SME support via leasing of machinery and equipment: the bank has opened a credit line to Khanty-Mansiysk Leasing Company Otkrytie for a total amount of RUR 189 million, reported the press-centre of RBD.

The allocated resources will be channeled to finance leasing operations of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Central, Volga and Urals regions for purchase of equipment and machinery for upgrading and expansion of production.
