OREANDA-NEWS. February 05, 2010. Fleet of the company extends, river terminal in Kamyanka-Dniprovs’ka town (Zaporizhzhya region) is being constructed in full speed, preparation to the construction of new facilities is in process. In other words, realization of investment project of NIBULON is in full swing. Import volume of equipment for these facilities is increasing correspondingly. As they say, the appetite comes with eating.

In the department of foreign economic relations and marketing of the company, we were informed about the supply of 4 new samplers "RAKORAF" from Germany for future laboratories of “Artemivska” and “Kremenchuk” branches. New facilities of the company are equipped with high-tech equipment. New equipment also is ordered for steadily working subdivisions of the company. Soon at the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city the old samplers will be replaced with the new ones. Usage of this equipment at the transshipment terminal is an evidence of high reliability of the samplers, because during the whole history of the terminal 12.7 million tons of grain and oilseed crops (!) were shipped.

 Still samplers are not the only supplied equipment. New hopper scales "PRECIA-MOLEN" (Belgium) with capacity of 300 tons per hour, driers "Mathews" (U.S.), grain analyzers "INFRATEC" (Sweden), vessel loading machines for river terminals "TELESTACK" (Great Britain) are already set for almost all elevator complexes that are being constructed.

Interesting fact is that year 2009 for NIBULON became a record one in the number of signed contracts on import of foreign equipment. There were 46 signed foreign economic contracts primarily with leading foreign companies: "Cimbria Unigrain A/S" ( Denmark) - grain loading equipment; "Dickey-John" ( USA) - laboratory equipment; "DMT Design SA" ( Romania) - anchor- mooring equipment; "International Paint Ltd." ( UK) - paint for non-self-propelled vessels; "SCHMIDT-SEEGER GmbH" ( Germany) - grain cleaning equipment; "SIMATEK A / S" ( Denmark) - filtering equipment; " Traxim BV" (the Netherlands) - tractors "DAF" "; "VOLVO Construction Equipment AB" ( Sweden) - bucket loaders for the cleaning of grain elevators and non-self-propelled vessels and others.

 According to the head of the foreign economic relations and marketing department of NIBULON Valeriy Petrovych Kunyts’kyy, “The growth of demand for these types of imported equipment is concerned primarily with the start of a large-scale investment project. Ambitious plans of the company to create its own fleet and increase the elevator capacity along the Dnipro River should be supported by particular actions. Purchase of new high-quality equipment for non-self-propelled vessels and new terminals indicates systematic implementation of the project into life, aiming at high return on investment.
