OREANDA-NEWS. February 05, 2010. Three quarters of parking garages under construction on 19/23 Otkrytoe Shosse and 11 Kirpichnaya Street located within eastern Moscow have already been built.

According to Aleksandr Temichev, general director of the contracting company, all of parking spaces in both of the five-storey car parks are sold out.

The structures are being built within the Narodnyy Garazh program and, as the city authorities of Moscow have promised, the price for a space in such parking facilities remains constant – 350,000 roubles (~USD 11,670).

The parking garage on 19/23 Otkrytoe Shosse is designed to accommodate 207 vehicles, another one consisted of two buildings on 11 Kirpichnaya Street will have a total capacity of 188.

Both of the car parks will contain special parking spaces for physically challenged drivers on the ground floor.
