CenterTelecom OJSC announced today an open tender for the right to conclude an agreement for insurance of liabilities of CenterTelecom senior managers including the members of the Board of Directors, Management Board and General Director. The opening (maximal) price of the agreement amounts to USD 200,000.

The bids are to be received in paper form in working days from 10am to 5pm Moscow time and to be sent to Edinaya Elekrtonnaya Torgovaya Ploschadka OJSC, an organizer of the tender, to the following address: 9 Prospekt 60 Let Oktyabrya 117312 Moscow, from January 22, 2010 to February 19, 2010 (last working day previous to the tender day). The tender is to start on February 24, 2010.
