OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2010. CenterTelecom OJSC reports that in accordance with its AGM's decision made June 6, 2009, it has allocated RUB387,824,060.08 for the payment of dividend on common shares for 2008. Total payment amount was RUB385,923,363.09 or 99.51% of all sum of dividend on common shares.

Obligations to pay out dividends on this category of the company’s equity shares have been fulfilled in full, except where the company is not held liable in accordance with Clause 44 of the Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies” and the Regulations “On Dividend Policy” approved by CenterTelecom’s BoD, namely:

failure by a shareholder or his/her heir  to appear at the company’s cash office to collect dividends;

failure by a shareholder to supply correct banking details for the transfer of dividend payouts or if a shareholder has supplied incorrect banking details for the transfer of dividend payouts;

failure by a shareholder's heir to register ownership for the shares;

change of a shareholder's place of residence.
