Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of letter of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of January 20, 2010, according to which AFS "takes into consideration the information on non-placement of Bank CenterCredit shares on June 15 - December 15, 2009", reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to AFS as of December 15, 2009 were not placed 116,270,214 common and 39,249,255 preferred shares of Bank CenterCredit.
