OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2010. Andrey Aleksandrovich Soborov was appointed Deputy Director General for Commercial Issues of Beltelecom. Andrey Soborov is responsible for marketing sphere of the company, key directions of the fee policy, sales strategy, improving and promotion of the communication services, international settlements, programs on public relations, and other areas of commercial management activity, reported the press-centre of Beltelecom.

Regarding the appointment of a new head of commercial unit, the Director General of Beltelecom Konstantin Tikar says: "We have very ambitious plans for 2010. Along with the efforts made in the technical implementation of our services, we have a lot to improve in a commercial direction. Years of experience of Andrey Aleksandrovich in the telecommunications industry will be beneficial to Beltelecom".

Andrei Soborov came into the position of Deputy Director General for Commercial Issues on January, 21. "Currently we are analyzing the previous year with the specialists of commercial management and working on plan implementation for 2010. We face not only the task of increasing subscriber base and revenues, but also challenges in customer satisfaction. In the nearest future we are going to announce new proposals for subscribers".

Andrey Aleksandrovich Soborov was born on June 14, 1977 in Vileika, Minsk District. In 1999 he graduated from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, speciality – Telecommunication systems. From 1999 to 2001 worked as a specialist in marketing department of Beltelecom. 2001-2005 – chief specialist of telecommunications department of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus. 2005-2006 – Director General of Private Unitary Production Enterprise TeleMix. From 2006 to December 10, 2009 – Director General of BelCel Ltd JV. From January, 21- Deputy Director General for Commercial Issues of RUE Beltelecom.
