OREANDA-NEWS. February 01, 2010. Delta Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the document:

- AFS approved the bank shares placement results;

- the issue is divided into 5,000,000 common shares;

- the bank shares are included to the State Securities Register under number А3650;

- as of December 24, 2009 were placed 4,668,420 common shares, its authorized capital  is formed in the size of KZT7,023,128,000.
