Comstar Now Has over 400,000 Broadband Internet Subscribers in Regions
OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2010. “COMSTAR – United TeleSystems” JSC (“Comstar” or “the Group”) (LSE: CMST), the largest integrated telecommunications provider in Moscow and 69 Russian cities, today announced that its residential broadband internet business in the Russian regions added 57 thousand subscribers in the fourth quarter of 2009 and a total of 122 thousand subscribers during the whole year 2009[1]. The business therefore had more than 400 thousand subscribers by the end of 2009.
