The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appealed against the ruling of the Kyiv District Administrative Court, which suspended the effect of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No.1405 of December 23, 2009, on the amendments to the regulation governing the organization and conduct of tender bid auctions for oil, gas condensate, liquefied gas, and coal.
