Severstal might buyback 18.7% portfolio in High River from Troika Dialog. Severstal considers the possibility of buying back 18.7% of Canadian High River Gold, which is mining gold in Russia, from Troika Dialog, announced a source, familiar with the plans of Severstal, to Interfax. Troika bought back 18.7% of HRG shares resulting from additional emission of the Canadian company in December 2009. Earlier Severstal owned 61.7% of High River shares, after the additional emission its share will form 50.1%.

Rosneft added a new large deposit. Savostyanovo deposit has been discovered by Rosneft, announced the press-cutting service of Ministry of Nature.

ConocoPhillips forecasts net profit of LUKOIL to be at the level of 8.07 bn USD. American ConocoPhillips, which is a large shareholder of LUKOIL, estimates its share in the net profit of the Russian company in 2009 by 1.663 bn USD versus 5.488 bn USD loss a year earlier, imparts the report of the American company.
