OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2010. Ismayilli-Qushchuluq OJSC applied to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) for inclusion of its ordinary registered book-entry shares to the BSE non-quotation list.

The BSE reports that the placement of Company’s shares will begin starting from 15 February of the year.

Then issue volume is 140,000 manats. Quantity of shares is 70,000 with par value of 2 manats. The placement underwriter is Chelsea Capital Ltd.

Those intending to buy shares can apply to a licensed BSE member brokerage organization.
