Pavlodarenergo is one of the largest Kazakh energy producers supplying electrical and heating power in accordance with requirements of legislative and normative acts; enlarging capacities in an attempt to increase delivery volumes of heating and electrical energy in the future.

Pavlodarenergo is applying a МС ISO 9001:2008 based Quality Management System, (Quality Certificate Reg. NO. 7510070327), issued by international certification agency TUV Rheinland InterCert in 2009.

To comply with Quality Policies Pavlodarenergo developed a number of documents:

- Quality Regulations;

- Process Maps (9);

- Documented Procedures (16).

Pavlodarenergo is constantly working to minimize the affect of production processes on the environment and personnel.

Pavlodarenergo is applying a MC ISO 14001:2004 based Environment Management System, (Certificate Reg. No. 751100406), issued by certification agency TUV Rheinland InterCert in 2009.
