Fondovy Tsentr (Almaty) is the company registrar.

According to the extract:

- the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C39450016) is 425,215 units;

- 338,011 shares are offered;

- in the nominee holding of Central Securities Depository (Almaty) are 168,677 shares of the company (49.90 % from the total number of offered shares);

- the sole person, holding the bank shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares is Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), which holds 337,181 shares of the company (99.75 % from the total number of offered shares).
