OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2010. Sviaz-Bank has come first in a public auction held for the right to enter into municipal contracts to lend 250 million rubles to the Kaliningrad City district for its budgetary needs in 2010, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The loans are to be given in the form of non-revolving credit lines to be drawn down for a period of 12 months.

Vozrozhdenie Bank (OJSC) and Northwest VTB Bank, OJSC, were the other bidders in the auction.
