OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2010. Sviaz-Bank paid interest on the eleventh coupon of its Series 01 bonds in full and on time (official registration number of the issue 40101470V of April 2, 2007), reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 16% per annum, or 39 rubles 89 kopecks per bond. The total coupon interest paid reached 1,047,990.08 rubles.

Sviaz-Bank floated its first-ever four-year bond issue on the MICEX Stock Exchange on April26, 2007, to raise 2 billion rubles. On April 27, 2009, Sviaz-Bank redeemed 98.7% of the bonds issued within the framework of the option exercised by their holders.
