OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2010. SSPF says that individual number was given to 1,641,064 social insurance payers.

“Compared with early 2010 their quantity grew by 149,604 people or 10%,” it was reported.

Out of them men make 900,851 and women 740,213.

“Most of them are payers aged 40 to 50 years old. Rate of such payers makes 444,146 persons. The number of insured persons aged under 30 years old is 359,281 persons, 30-40 years old – 369,166 ones, 50-60 years old – 330,848 ones, above 60 years old – 137,623 ones,” it was informed.

Azerbaijan has been applying the system of individual registration of payers since 1st January 2006 on the basis of the Law on Labour Pensions.

The system will enable to transfer to insurance pension provision till 2015.
