OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2010. OJSC Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation Central office reinsured carriage of bells for Cathedral of Christ’s Nativity constructed in Krasnoyarsk. All in all 14 bells of 3 kilograms to 5.7 tons with total weight of 10 tons were delivered from Voronezh. The carriage was insured by Krasnoyarsk Insurance Company Vozrozhdenie-Kredit, LLC.

The Cathedral of Christ’s Nativity which is being raised in the centre of Krasnoyarsk right bank is going to be the biggest in the city: with 56 meters height it is designed for one thousand congregants. Orthodox brotherhood and sisterhood, auditorium for adults and Sunday school are deemed to be located on the territory of the Cathedral. The construction is organized at the expense of donations made in the form of money, as well as construction material and voluntary works.

The raise of the Cathedral is planned to be finished this year. The course of the construction is controlled by the board of guardians and by Archbishop Antony of Krasnoyarsk and Yenisei personally.
