ATFBank, Kazakhstan Development Bank Sign Cooperation Memorandum
OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2010. ATFBank (Almaty), listing on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release, reported the press-centre of KASE:
ATFBank and Kazakhstan Development Bank signed a Memorandum on cooperation to fund Kazakhstan businesses
The document was signed by ATFBank's chairman A. Picker, and Kazakhstan Development Bank's chairman G. Iskaliev.
The Memorandum was signed as the banks had disclosed they are mutually interested to invest, on a commercial basis, into non-oil and gas Kazakhstan businesses.
The banks see the following priority areas:
- processing businesses, production and transport infrastructure;
- large long pay-off period investment projects;
- assistance in Kazakhstan producers' export.
The cooperation will help develop the Kazakhstan economy in the nearest future.
