By Resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of January 20, 2010 #3 it was decided to recalled the agreement on acquiring the banking holding status and principal participants of Alliance Bank (KAzakhstan), issued to Investment Group Seimar and its participants M. Seisembaev, E. Seisembaev and F. Galin and recognize invalid Resolution of the agency Board of February 25, 2006 # 69 "On agreement issue to Investment Group Seimar and its participants M. Seisembaev, E. Seisembaev and F. Galin to acquire the banking holding status and principal participants of Alliance Bank".
