OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2010. According to a recent Azovmash press service release, the Company plans to produce and supply to the Mariupol Illich Steel Works three charging units, seven steel teeming ladles, and one slag carriage in 2010.

The press service does not disclose the cost of the contract.

Millennium Capital sees this news as being positive for Mariupol Heavy Machinery Plant , which is part of Azovmash Concern. In addition to railcars manufacturing, the Company also produces heavy machinery. This news confirms Millennium Capital’s forecasts about a demand growth for this type of products in view of resumption of modernization programs by steelmakers.
