OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2010. DemirBank’s Infocenter 149 started providing information services on express money transfers. Using this service the client can obtain information on the receipt of money transfer and the branch by dialling 149 from home or office, reported the press-centre of DemirBank.

To receive such information, the user needs to specify/indicate the money transfer system, first and last name of the recipient, amount of money transfer and transfer code number.

The client can reach Inforcenter by dialling 149 from landlines and Azercell numbers, and also from Bakcell and Nar Mobile numbers by dialling 012 149.

“Under new money transfer improvement program we conduct number of activities. Introduction of information service and other planned activities will increase the users’ convenience and satisfaction with money transfer services” - said Yusif Jabbarov, deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

DemirBank is cooperating with international money transfer systems such as Western Union, Contact, Migom, Bistraya Pochta, Coinstar and Zolotaya Korona that allows money transfers to and receipts from 200 countries. Through developed by DemirBank money transfer system “Shimshek” the population can transfer and receive money within country without opening an account.
