“It, however, will exceed the 2009 indicator (1.5%) and reach 5-7%. The main growth will be achieved due to food products,” he said.

According to SSC data, consumer inflation in Azerbaijan for 2009 totaled 1.5% compared with 2008. In January 2008, year-on-year inflation was 11.9%.
