According to the research "Needs, Motives and Preferences of Insurance Industry Workers in 2009," which was conducted by the specialized web site forInsurer.com for the magazine Strakhova Sprava in December 2009, Oranta entered top 20 most attractive employers in insurance sector.

The survey was held online and lasted 14 days. The participants of the survey were asked to name three most attractive and three least attractive employers in their sector.
