OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2010. Verkhovna Rada passed a law, which gives aircraft manufacturers tax holidays for six years. It means that for six year from today, aircraft manufacturers are exempt from paying land tax, partially exempt from VAT payments, and they will also enjoy a tax regime that is to be significantly simplified.

Millennium Capital sees this news is positive for MotorSich , the Ukrainian producer of aircraft engine. These tax and other benefits will decrease its COGS and, accordingly, will increase its Net Margin and EBITDA Margin going forward.
