Halyk Savings Bank Launches Updated Internet-Banking for Individuals
OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2010. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), listing on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the press release, reported the press-centre of KASE:
Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan launched an updated version of its Internet-banking for individuals. Thanks to the system upgrade we managed to significantly enhance remote banking service quality. The system is now more user-friendly and safer and allows for faster operation. Currently, over 2.8 Kazakhstan residents hold cards of the bank, a great part of who are considered to be a potential target audience.
The largest number of users is registered in Almaty, Astana, Karaganda and Pavlodar. Today registered clients may see data on their payment cards, current loan and savings accounts, individual pension account in the Accumulative pension fund of Halyk Bank. In addition, internet-banking users may carry out different transfers and payments, including for services of mobile operators, utilities and tax agencies.
The company is planning to widen a range of rendered services. In particular, the cardholders will be able to make payments to more companies. Such list will include all Kazakhstan-based mobile operators, and ALSEKO. Besides, it is planned to implement a project allowing for payment of fines for violation of the traffic rules, and fees for disconnection, connection and mobile banking tariff changes.
