OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2010. AS "Latvijas Krajbanka" (hereinafter – JSC “Latvijas Krajbanka”) informs that the record date for JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka" issued CA series mortgage bonds (ISIN LV0000800357) is 28 January 2010, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

The interest income per one CA series mortgage bond issued by JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka" for the period from 31 July 2009 to 31 January 2010 (excluding) is EUR 1.078125 (one euro and 7.8125 eurocents). The interest will be paid out in accordance with the terms set out in the CA series mortgage bonds prospectus of JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka" on 29 January 2010.
 
29 January 2010 is the date of redemption of the principal of the CA series mortgage bonds, in accordance with the terms set out in the CA series mortgage bonds prospectus of JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka". The principal amount is EUR 5 million.
