OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2010. Sibirtelecom received confirmation that the Federal Tax Service had made an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) on the liquidation of its 100% subsidiary company Altel. 

Altel was wound up on December 31, 2009 on the basis of a resolution passed by its sole shareholder – Sibirtelecom.

Altel was liquidated as part of the restructuring of the subsidiary business of Sibirtelecom.  Altel’s subsidiaries were earlier switched to service at the Altay branch of Sibirtelecom.

For reference: Altels’s main activity was the provision of local voice telephony in the city of Barnaul of the Altay territory.
