OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2010. Black Sea Terminal (BST Ltd) in Georgian harbor Kulevi, which belongs to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), bought a tug boat to receive Aframax tankers.

BST informed that Kulevi Oil Terminal took into operation multi-purpose tugboat SOCAR-4050 BHP, which will be involved in berthing operations of Aframax tankers in its port.

The tugboat with hauling capacity of 55 tons has unrestricted trading area, equipped with means of struggle against oil pollution and fire-fighting systems,  which enable providing safety of cargo operations in the area of Kulevi port.
