OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2010. Freight One’s Rostov branch hauled nearly 12 million tons of freight in the first 11 months of 2009. Cement and construction goods accounted for most of the traffic.

Freight One hauled more than 1 million tons of freight on the North-Caucasian Railways in November 2009 alone.

The Rostov branch exceeded its capital and depot repair targets by 0.8% in order to ensure operable rolling stock for these deliveries.

The workload of the branch has been steady in the current downturn thanks to its client-oriented approach and the affordable rates it offers to its customers, which include such well-known regional companies as OJSC Kavkaztsement, OJSC Novoroscement, OJSC Mostovskoy DSZ and Yuzhtrans LLC.
