OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2010. This is the first step to the preparation of the social reporting in accordance with the international standards.

Annual report of IDGC of North-West for 2009 will be prepared with the use of the elements of the standard reporting of “GRI Guidelines”. The decision on the topicality of the preparation of the annual report in such a form is approved by the Management Board of IDGC of North-West during the meeting which took part on January 18.

“We are going to increase the level of non-financial information disclosure, including the annual report of the Company which, this time, has the indices of social reporting”, said Anatoliy Kushnerov, IDGC of North-West Corporate Governance Deputy General Director. According to him, it will help the shareholders and investors as well as public representatives to assess the level of the social responsibility correctly.

The preparation of the Annual report of the Company for 2009 with the larger disclosure of the indices of the social reporting will become the first step of the company on its way for the preparation of the formalized social reporting in accordance with the leading international standards.
Anatoliy Kushnerov does not exclude the possibility of the issue of the social report of IDGC of North-West next year.
